Responsibilities
- Be the welcoming face of Wyong Olympic Pool, providing high-quality customer service.
- Supervise public entry, manage memberships and maintain a welcoming reception area.
- Perform various administrative tasks while ensuring an excellent customer experience.
- Work flexible shifts covering afternoons, evenings and weekends (penalty rates apply for weekend work).
- Temporary part‑time position – 25 hours per week until March 2026.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven experience in cash handling and operating computerised point of sale systems.Strong background in customer service roles, demonstrating a customer‑centric approach.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.Flexibility to work varied hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.Adaptability, positive attitude, teamwork, commitment to safety and compliance with health regulations.Other Important Information
The commencing salary is up to $29.66 per hour, with progression opportunities up to $34.36 per hour on assessment of skills and performance, plus 12% superannuation.
