We are looking for a Principal Software Engineering Manager to join our team and help shape the future of video creation. From automating video editing tasks to enabling entirely new forms of storytelling, your team will help enable the next generation of intelligent, user‑friendly video tools.

You’ll join a nimble, cross‑disciplinary team embedded within Microsoft, working with software engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver innovative solutions. • Guiding partnerships with appropriate stakeholders to determine user requirements and helping your team break down objectives, identify dependencies, and define success criteria.
• Guiding your team to drive project plans, release plans, and work items in coordination with appropriate stakeholders.
