What you’ll do

As an Employment Consultant in our team, you’ll :

• Get to know job seekers’ strengths, skills and goals — then match them with the right opportunities.
• Create personalized career plans and coach people to prepare for and sustain employment.
• Link job seekers with training, support services, and community connections to set them up for long-term success.
• Build strong employer and community networks to open more doors for the people you support.

What you’ll bring

(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate - but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)
