Salesforce Developers (Backend) - Mid to Senior Level - Fixed Term Contract

Fixed term contract (6 Months) – high likelihood of extension.

Salary : $170,000-185,000 (+ Super)

Location : (Hybrid) – Sydney NSW – Parramatta

We are seeking experienced Salesforce Developers with strong backend expertise to join our team. Ideal candidates will bring hands‑on experience in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), system integrations, and technical leadership.

Key Requirements

• 7+ years of Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, configuration)
• Expert-level skills in LWC & JavaScript; able to build modular, accessible, and responsive components
• Deep knowledge of Apex : triggers, batch / schedulable classes, trigger frameworks
• Strong experience integrating with external systems via REST / SOAP APIs
• Proficient in declarative tools : Flows, validation rules, formulas, metadata, Experience Cloud
• Portal development experience : guest user security, custom login flows, access control
• Ability to define scalable architecture, reusable component patterns, and coding standards
• End‑to‑end development ownership—from design to deployment and support
• Skilled with Git, Gearset / Copado, and CI / CD processes
