About the Position

Based at our Knoxfield office, you will lead and develop a diverse team across Victoria and Tasmania, focusing on driving strategic sales growth and enhancing the customer journey. Key responsibilities :

• Drive substantial revenue and sales growth within the residential markets by consistently surpassing sales targets, optimizing margins, and expanding market share.
• Spearhead customer management initiatives for the residential sector, ensuring loyalty and satisfaction among key clients.
• Cultivate and empower your team through strategic development plans, establishing clear objectives, and rigorously monitoring performance
• Develop a high-performance culture and positive employee experience within your team, prioritizing actionable feedback and conducting regular coaching sessions
• Collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams and departments to foster a unified approach
