Responsibilities
- Apply a deep understanding of engineering principles to devise and deliver practical and economical solutions to problems.
- Use knowledge and initiative to devise and implement new approaches to complex engineering problems.
- Produce designs, documentation, specifications, fee proposals, reports and other documentation to meet client requirements for projects of reasonable complexity under the guidance of senior staff.
- Liaise with drafters to enable preparation of structural documentation.
- Liaise and coordinate with builders, architects and services engineers on design issues.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Codes and policies – e.g. WHS practices and Quality Assurance.
- Any other tasks as reasonably requested by a manager or a director.

Member of Engineers Australia, working towards CPEngAt least 4-5 years’ experience in an engineering roleSoftware : Etabs, Spacegass, RAM, RAPTAbility to prioritise incoming work appropriatelyExcellent attention to detailProfessional level of written and verbal communication skillsProblem solving / analytical skillsDoes this sound like you?
