Role
As Team Leader, you will provide operational management for 1 site, located in the Sutherland Shire. Hybrid mix of hours on the floor providing direct support to our clients, as well as dedicated hours to complete Team Leader administrative duties. A great opportunity to mentor staff and manage client feedback in real time!
Reporting to the Regional Manager you will utilise your strong coaching and mentoring skills to support a team of Disability Support Workers develop and implement best practice.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards and NDIS Operational Guidelines.
- Ensuring high quality, client-centred support is provided by Disability Support Workers.
- Facilitating support and supervision of frontline staff and monthly Team Meetings.
- Being the key point of contact for clients and frontline staff.
- Ensuring all client documentation is current and staff are trained in implementing support that is specific to their needs.
- Ensuring frontline rostered hours do not exceed those consented to in client Service Agreements.
Within this role you will receive support from our corporate services which manage training, rostering, enquiry management, investigations, work health and safety and many more functions.

Essential
Customer driven approach to service delivery.Ability to achieve results and deliver on quality.Ability to identify trends and drive process improvement.Solid understanding of the NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Framework and Practice Standards.Knowledge of providing services and support to people living with disability.Working knowledge of budget management.Solid report writing skills and data analysis.Strong stakeholder engagement skills.Desirable
Certificate IV in Disability or similar.Requirements
Successful applicants will require a current Australian Drivers Licence and First Aid certificate.An offer will be subject to a police clearance, a pre employment medical and a NDIS Worker Screening Check.Benefits
