Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner – National 360
We are seeking a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team at National 360’s Deer Park or Bundoora clinics in Melbourne. The role involves working with NDIS participants of all ages, providing assessment, planning, and support within community, private or acute settings.
About The Role
You’ll enjoy a flexible working model that includes in‑home visits, clinic‑based sessions, and outreach across the local community. This role is all about improving the quality of life for individuals and those around them.
- Build strong relationships with participants and stakeholders.
- Conduct Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBAs).
- Create and implement effective Behaviour Support Plans.
- Educate and train carers and support teams.
- Review and reduce restrictive practices in line with NDIS guidelines.
- Monitor outcomes through regular data collection.
About You
Endorsed as "Proficient" or above against the PBS Capability Framework (evidence of letter of suitability from the NDIS Commission required).Hold a relevant bachelor’s degree (e.g., Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Counselling, Social Sciences).Have full Australian working rights.Have prior experience in community, private or acute settings.Have access to your own vehicle and hold a current driver’s licence.Willing to obtain an NDIS Workers Check and Working With Children Check.360 Benefits
