Currently seeking a committed Assistant Store Manager for the West Lakes store, this role needs someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads by example, and is passionate about delivering outstanding service in a supportive team environment.

About The Role :

• Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations
• Supervise, train, and support team members to deliver excellent service
• Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and receiving deliveries
• Ensure accurate cash handling and POS balancing
• Address customer feedback and resolve issues courteously and effectively
• Assist with rostering, shift planning, and performance management
• Maintain site presentation, cleanliness, and equipment functionality
• Operate fuel, food, lottery, and coffee equipment as required
• Ensure compliance with WHS and company policies and procedures
• Perform administration and reporting duties in the Store Manager's absence
• Lead by example in all workplace conduct, uniform standards, and professionalism

Skills and Experience :

• Customer focused mindset and ability to lead by example
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
• Sound judgement, conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
• Reliable, professional and confident in your role
• Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods
• Willingness to learn and follow procedures and delegate where needed
