Job Detail : Early Childhood Administration Officer North Shore & Northern Beaches, Sydney, Australia - NSWJoin our vibrant & inclusive Early Childhood team in North SydneyTemporary Full-Time role to 30 June 2025$67,573.28 pa + Super + Salary Packaging availableAs an NDIA partner, Northcott will deliver the NDIS Early Childhood Approach (ECA) service to local communities in Northern NSW, Mid North Coast, Hunter New England, North Sydney and Western Sydney. The EC approach supports the activities that will improve the independence and social participation of children aged 0-9 years with developmental delay and / or disability.What does this role look like daily?You will engage with a child and their family at several key points. Each day will have different and often competing challenges for you to assess and demonstrate knowledge around, including but not limited to the following : Manage Reception area / front office, including ordering office stationary / supplies for the teamEffectively manage and record feedback, complaints and suggestions from stakeholders in a timely and professional mannerAdminister the EC enquiry and intake process for the region and other regions as required using the NDIS IT System.Working with other EC Administration Officers to ensure the highest quality service delivery to all families and stakeholders.Ensure a flexible approach to workloads and ad hoc tasks as designatedThe skills and experience we are looking for include : Understanding the importance of implementing a tailored and personalised approach to children and their families - one size does not fit all.Excellent interpersonal communicationsTertiary qualifications in Business Administration or evidence of actively working towards completion.Demonstrated previous professional experience in an administration roleDemonstrated experience using the full Microsoft Office Suite as well as customer database systemsOther requirements include : Current Driver's Licence - P1 minimumValid Working with Children’s Check Clearance - mandatoryValid NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDIS WC) or willingness to obtain – mandatoryWorking Rights in Australia for Full-Time EmploymentFully vaccinated for COVID-19 (including minimum 1 x booster) in accordance with current Northcott Requirements (unless granted an exemption).Benefits we offerA diverse group of people in a great team environment who share knowledge, pursue growth and a desire for excellence.Salary packaging, Perkbox, health and wellbeing benefits and moreGreat leave entitlements & flexible working environment.To apply, please provide an updated Resume and a brief cover letter giving an overview of your skills and experience relevant to the role's requirements.#J-18808-Ljbffr
