Job descriptionPart-Time Cleaning Supervisor to be based at 699 Bourke St (Vic) If you have 6 to 12 months of experience and want to expand your knowledge within the cleaning industry as a cleaning supervisor then this position is for you. You will be provided on-site training, and the opportunity to allow you to step into a senior role within Assetlink. You will demonstrate excellent customer service skills, are passionate and have a strong desire to make a difference. The Roster for this role is Responsibilities Supervising the cleaning team members Supporting the Cleaning Manager on staff-related matters. Provide effective leadership to cleaning personnel, including mentoring and training. Leading and inspiring team members to deliver superior guest experiences; Performing administrative functions, such as incident reporting, assisting with staff rosters, etc; Meet and exceed contract cleaning requirements. Develop and maintain excellent customer relations with the client. Understand customer's security, environmental and safety requirements. Following Occupational Health Safety and Environmental policies and procedures. Responding to general cleaning, periodical, preventative and emergency incidents or queries. Desired Skills and Experience To be considered for the position you must have the following A minimum of 6-12 months of experience in retail / commercial cleaning Previous experience supervising a team (preferred) Strong understanding of hard floor cleaning practices and related machinery Knowledge of cleaning practices, including infection control. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to give direction and instruction to people. Ability to multi-task, be flexible and work under pressure. Consistent attention to detail.
