We’re seeking a skilled Business Analyst who can bridge business needs with cyber security transformation initiatives, ensuring every solution is not only effective but secure by design.

Role Overview

As a Senior Business Analyst – Cyber Transformation, you will take the lead in analysing complex challenges across cyber programs, translating requirements into actionable solutions, and producing high quality artefacts across agile, waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.

You’ll collaborate with cyber and technology specialists to align business needs with secure architectures, enhance processes, and support compliance and risk assessments. Central to your role will be driving stakeholder engagement, capturing requirements, and enabling secure adoption of new digital ways of working.

You are a strong communicator and problem-solver, with a proven ability to translate cyber security and business requirements into practical, secure outcomes. You thrive in stakeholder engagement and can balance strategic insight with technical detail.

You understand that cyber transformation is not just about technology, it’s about people, processes, and building resilience across the organisation.

• Partner with cyber specialists to identify risks, controls, and compliance considerations.

• Communicate benefits, risks, and opportunities of cyber transformation initiatives to senior stakeholders.
• Drive adoption of secure technologies and resilient ways of working.
• Support continuous improvement to strengthen systems, processes, and outcomes.
