Business Transformation Analyst (18-month Contract)

SkyCity Adelaide is currently on the lookout for experienced Business Transformation Analysts to support SkyCity's multi-year business wide transformation program on 18-month contract.

About the opportunity

Reporting into the Program Director, this 18-month contract will see you provide your business analysis expertise to support the program and operational units to define, plan and deliver broad ranging transformation. This role will have a strong focus on stakeholder engagement to support the end-to-end process to drive uplift across the business, including 'as is' and 'to be' process mapping and documenting of requirements.  The role will take the lead, in conjunction with SMEs, on the creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's), Guides, FAQs and User Guides. This role will also work with teams to support the implementation and embedding of change during 'go live' and post go live.

About you

You will have proven experience as a Business Transformation Analyst within complex and progressive organisations. Your expertise will be supporting large, complex programs and projects, including process mapping, requirements gathering and supporting delivery of changes. You will have exceptional organisational and time management skills, coupled with your ability to plan ahead, handle multiple tasks concurrently and work towards and meet deadlines. Your communication skills will be unrivalled, with excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills to match.  You will be highly analytical, and possess demonstrated lateral strategic thinking skills, as well as excellent stakeholder management skills.
