Service Technician

Vestas have an exciting position at Wambo wind farm for a full time and long-term electrical or mechanical service technician.

• Monday to Friday roster with occasional overtime
• Entry level rate : $52.50 per hour + Allowance + Superannuation + Bonus
• All Training, PPE, Tools, Laptop and Phone provided

About The Role

This role is for a suitably qualified and enthusiastic electrical or mechanical technician to work in our service team. The successful applicant must hold a recognised Australian trade certificate.

The department is a small team environment based on site at Wambo Wind Farm. The technicians report to the site supervisor and are responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the wind turbines in accordance with the contract. Support is provided by an administrator and a planner with KPIs given by the Area Service Manager.
