About The Role

Are you a strategic SEO leader ready to shape the future of organic search in a rapidly evolving digital landscape? Coles Liquor is seeking a dynamic SEO Manager to lead our search strategy and drive performance across Liquorland’s digital ecosystem.

As our SEO Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing a cutting-edge SEO strategy that responds to the evolving impact of AI on organic search. You’ll lead technical SEO initiatives, identify content and link-building opportunities, and manage longtail SEO tactics to grow traffic and sales.

You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external agencies, influence technology roadmaps, and ensure our SEO efforts are aligned with broader business goals.

You will also;

• Develop and execute the SEO strategy for Liquorland, with a focus on AI-driven search changes
• Conduct regular SEO audits and implement best-practice recommendations
• Manage technical SEO, content optimisation, and link-building initiatives
• Lead longtail SEO tactics including page creation and optimisation
• Report on SEO performance across weekly, monthly, and quarterly cycles
• Influence internal stakeholders and technology teams to deliver SEO initiatives
• Manage SEO agencies and oversee the SEO budget

About You

About You And Your Skills

Our ideal candidate is a strategic and self-driven SEO expert with strong stakeholder management skills to keep SEO front-of-mind across senior stakeholders. With AI reshaping customer behaviour, you\'ll lead efforts to adapt and innovate, creating and executing impactful strategies. You are comfortable managing external agencies and collaborating cross-functionally across product, supermarkets, and digital teams, independently driving performance and implementing the SEO roadmap.
