Role Summary

We’re looking for a hands‑on Production Manager to oversee our offshore apparel, footwear, and bag production end‑to‑end.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of costing, critical path management, purchase orders, quality control, and freight coordination. You’ll work closely with our Design and Warehouse teams to deliver seasonal ranges and meet wholesale commitments — ensuring on‑time, high‑quality product delivery that protects intake margins.

Core Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the Critical Path, ensuring monthly deliveries are met.
  • Negotiate and cost all products to meet margin expectations and pricing architecture.
  • Lead price review meetings and manage style allocation to suppliers.
  • Oversee offshore production for apparel, footwear, and bags — including fit sessions, counter sampling, and re‑costing.
  • Plan and organise weekly fit sessions with the design and tech teams.
  • Raise and track Purchase Orders (including size break analysis, dummy orders, and RMF / sample invoicing) via Shopify / Stocky.
  • Maintain strong factory relationships and onboard new suppliers as needed.
  • Manage QC and bulk delivery inspections, freight costs / timelines, and liaise with forwarders and warehouse teams.
  • Oversee liability stock, deposit and final invoices, and supplier payments.
  • Keep Style Arcade and Shopify updated with style, colour, and price changes to ensure PO and OTB accuracy.
  • Support Jet Agency wholesale orders.
  • Manage campaign and e‑commerce samples for upcoming seasons.
