We are seeking a customer service superstar with a passion for creating unforgettable guest experiences to join our Front Office Team as a Guest Services Agent.

As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth arrivals, seamless stays, and fond farewells. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love making people feel welcome, this is the perfect opportunity to showcase your skills in a dynamic hospitality setting. Multiple positions are available in a full-time, part-time, or casual capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and payments efficiently
• Provide friendly and professional service at the front desk
• Manage reservations, enquiries, and switchboard operations
• Assist with special requests, VIP arrangements, and interdepartmental coordination
• Take room service orders, restaurant bookings, and handle guest concerns
• Promote hotel products and services to enhance the guest experience
• Support concierge duties, including valet parking and luggage assistance when needed
