Job Description

Elysia Wellness Retreat is Australia’s leading wellness destination, offering tailored programs and exceptional guest experiences. Our reservations team is the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a seamless booking process.

About the Role

We are looking for a Casual Reservations Agent to join our front office team. This role involves managing guest bookings, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle phone and email inquiries professionally
• Process reservations accurately using booking systems
• Provide information about retreat packages and services
• Assist with guest requests and liaise with other departments
