About the Role
As Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for shaping and executing New Era’s three-year digital and eCommerce growth strategy, translating it into a rolling annual plan that delivers revenue, conversion, and AOV targets. Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll own performance across the B2C Shopify site, optimising UX, building content and campaign calendars, and driving the eCommerce funnel end to end.
