Forward Ability Support is a not-for-profit organisation with 60 years history of providing key services to people with spinal cord injuries or similar related health conditions. We are driven to make a brighter and more positive future for our community by supporting people with spinal cord injuries to live their best life. BrightSky Australia is the social enterprise of Forward Ability Support and services the ageing and disability sector with medical consumables and equipment across Australia to the home, businesses and government. All profits go towards supporting Forward’s community programs.
The Opportunity
Join an established People & Culture Team in driving training and development initiatives for Forward Ability Support and BrightSky Australia. You will play a critical role in enhancing the skills, knowledge and professional development of team members across all departments. You will focus on developing a comprehensive learning strategy, ensuring high-quality content and aligning training programs with strategic priorities.
This is a Part-time role (3 days / 22.5 hours per week) with flexibility in your work days and hours (within standard business hours) to suit your lifestyle.
