Legal Assistant - 12 Month Contract

THE ROLE

An opportunity has arisen for a Legal Assistant to support a Partner and their team in a Corporate M&A practice.

The role is available on a 12 month contract, working full time in the office.

Duties will include (but are not limited to) :

• Preparing correspondence
• Liaising with clients and stakeholders
• File management
• Managing calendars
• Billing and time coding
• Arranging travel
• Assisting with events and business development activities

The successful candidate will possess some experience in a Secretary / PA role, preferably in a law firm environment, however, experience in professional services will be considered.
