Job descriptionface2face reference 579049 Location Canberra ACT Hours full-time / permanent Remuneration 60k - $70k per annum plus super Hybrid WFH and office option available About the role Duties Answer telephone calls, ensuring all incoming calls are attended to in a prompt and courteous manner Assist with phone queries where possible (including liaising with technical staff) Greet clients and office visitors Receive and schedule inspection requests for multiple staff, including confirmations and rebooking inspections Required experience / skills Great people skills, the ability to quickly build rapport and maintain solid relationships Initiative and attention to details, critical to ensuring accuracy and the effective support of our regulatory duties Flexibility and adaptability to handle client pressure Personal values that align with the business' values Knowledge of the construction industry will be highly regarded Tony Sapsford 02 6199 5750
