About the Role
This position supports the delivery of key business improvement initiatives and system support within Student Administration. The Operations Support Officer is a member of the Service Delivery Team within Student Administration. The role assists in documenting business requirements, supports system configurations, and maintains data integrity. The role supports the Service Delivery team to embed the University’s strategic initiatives across the student lifecycle, while guiding staff in effective system use and process optimisation.
