Front Of House Supervisor

Looking for friendly, customer focused individuals. Well presented, quick on their feet and able to work well under pressure.

• About the role
• Providing exceptional levels of customer service
• Oversee service to ensure that every guest is delighted with their experience
• Ensuring smooth day to day FOH operations
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Identifying and facilitating recruitment and training requirements.
• General FOH duties such as taking orders, running food and drinks.
• A valid RSA not essential but advantageous

Opening hours

Wednesday - Saturday Dinner : 4 : 30pm - 10pm

Hours could extend to 11pm on Friday and Saturdays.
