About The Opportunity
We are looking to hire a highly motivated Marketing Specialist with extensive experience to help our business expand into new markets, and this is your chance to become a vital member of our team in a collaborative and supportive environment—this is a full-time role, and to be considered, you will need to hold a Bachelor's degree along with a minimum of 5 years’ proven experience working as a Marketing Specialist.
Responsibilities
1. Formulate core marketing goals to boost brand expansion in the fresh produce market, and ensure marketing strategies are highly consistent with the company’s positioning.
2. Conduct in-depth research into industry trends, competitor conditions, and consumer behaviors to identify new marketing opportunities.
3. Offer professional guidance on all marketing components, including product portfolios, pricing tactics, advertising placements, promotional events, sales methods, and distribution channels.
4. Analyze real-time policy adjustments in the fresh produce market, and develop innovative marketing strategies that conform to the trends of sustainable development.
5. Create creative marketing materials—such as posters, brochures, website content, and event-related collateral—and ensure consistency across all regions and platforms.
6. Execute marketing campaigns to provide support for the brand strategy and business objectives.
7. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, produce regular reports with insights and suggestions, and facilitate continuous optimization.
