Marketing Coordinator

This is a Marketing Coordinator role with Clayton Utz based in Canberra, ACT, AU. Role Seniority - junior.

The Role

Be a part of a dedicated, innovative team and build your career. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Coordinator to join our Clients and Markets team in Canberra. Initially providing cover for a six-month parental leave cover focused on public sector and then working across the Advisory, Risk and Regulatory Practice Stream. You will be joining a high performing team and be instrumental in delivering our client and market goals. This group work for high profile clients and are open, collaborative and value business development support.

You will be someone who is eager to learn and enjoys working with a variety of people across a business. You will naturally challenge the status quo and be energised by delivering quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with coordinating materials around tenders and proposals, capability statements, practice profile submissions, and lawyer profiles.
• Research general market, industries, competitors and prospective clients in support of business development initiatives.
• Assist with coordinating internal and client communications, and logistics and administration for internal and external client events such as webinars, seminars and briefings.
• Assist in maintaining the firm's website content for appropriate practice groups and in managing client communications and thought leadership opportunities, including developing knowledge of emerging areas.
• Participate in various business development projects designed to achieve more effective and consistent business development practices and processes.

The Clients and Markets team provides advice and services to the business across the full spectrum of marketing and BD - from brand awareness and design, media and communications, research and analysis, opportunity identification, pursuits and bid management to key client account management. The team is known as a strong training ground for up and coming talent.
