Project Coordinator – responsible for coordinating the day‑to‑day administrative aspects of company projects.
Key responsibilities include :
- Organize and oversee the collection, assembly, and delivery of project deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and update schedules as needed.
- Perform quality assurance and quality control on project documents and drawings.
- Communicate with Project Managers and stakeholders to ensure on‑time project completion.
- Track and enforce continuous improvement efforts.
- Manage construction administrative duties, respond to emails, and update Outlook calendars.
- Create and maintain project folders per management direction.
- Process and track Requests for Information and Submittal requests.
- Prepare documents such as memos, letters of transmittal, spreadsheets, and reports.
- Create, compile, and format tables of contents, specifications, and reports for Project Managers.
- Provide guidance and feedback to achieve project goals.
- Establish and maintain relationships with partnering print shops.
- Retrieve prints and deliver drawings to clients or mailing facilities.
- Schedule and attend project meetings, transcribing minutes.
- Provide administrative support to the operations team, including travel arrangements.
- Assist in training staff members and new hires.
- Implement and monitor programs as directed by management, ensuring completion.
- Assist with general office tasks as needed.
Minimum requirements :
Associate degree required (Bachelor’s degree preferred).Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.Detail-oriented and comfortable in a fast‑paced office environment.Superior organizational skills and dedication to timely project completion.Exceptional oral and written communication skills.Customer‑service orientation.Ability to multi‑task and prioritize projects.Capable of completing tasks with minimal supervision.Typing speed of at least 60 WPM with 90% accuracy.Friendly and pleasant disposition.Location : Melbourne, FL.To apply, please press the Apply button and follow the Energy Jobline application process.
