Operations Coordinator

Our client, a leader in waste management, has an exciting opportunity for a Operations Coordinator for a 3 month assignment.

Location : Rockingham

Length : 3 Month Assignment

Hours : Monday to Friday full time hours

Pay rate : $38.00 p / h + Super

• Job Brief / Overview
• Payroll - assisting with timesheet queries
• Working with branch managers to understand their resourcing requirements and communicating that to the perm recruitment and labour hire teams
• Ideally experience with PageUp
• Able to work in a high volume / fast paced environment
• Able to use initiative and work autonomously
• Comfortable speaking with strangers (as every week you will be exposed to new groups of workers starting work)
• Able to work with a diverse stakeholder group and be able to prioritise competing demands
