This is a unique opportunity for someone passionate about driving positive change through finance. The ideal candidate will bring experience or strong interest in areas such as climate transition, First Nations-led initiatives, conservation, the circular economy or other impact domains.

We’re seeking someone with demonstrated experience or strong interest in identifying new lending opportunities and building strategic partnerships. Existing networks within grant funders, philanthropic organisations and ethical investment funds will also be highly regarded.

As a Senior Manager in our Impact Lending team, you’ll lead the origination and structuring of lending solutions to support projects that deliver measurable social and environmental outcomes. You’ll work to build long term relationships with a diverse range of for-profit, profit-for-purpose, and not-for-profit organisations aligned with Bank Australia Limited’s impact priority areas of climate transition, First Nations-led initiatives, conservation and nature & biodiversity.
