Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a dynamic team responsible for delivering key initiatives that drive service delivery improvements. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring the project's success by providing iterative, well-defined business analysis that meets strategic objectives.

To be successful in this role, you will :

Demonstrate the ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity , effectively documenting and managing business requirements.

Engage constructively with both technical and business stakeholders , fostering collaboration.

Facilitate stakeholder input and prioritise requirements to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Establish and maintain requirements baselines , securing formal agreements and ensuring traceability throughout project lifecycles.

Conduct thorough root cause analyses and provide recommendations for systemic improvements.

Contribute actively to Agile team dynamics and participate in change engagement activities .

Adapt positively to evolving business needs and communicate effectively in a clear, concise manner.
