BA / PM Hybrid – Customer Projects (2 roles 50 / 50 allocation)

Project A : Call Centre Optimisation

Streamline and channel internal and external requests accordingly to boost external sales conversion.

Project B : Aged Care Customer Platform Pilot

Launch a Data-System pilot, to understand data around customer requirements and then transition to a feedback platform.
