Integrated Producer

We are seeking a talented and experienced architect to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of a variety of projects, ranging from residential homes to commercial buildings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and present design proposals to clients, including 3D renderings and scalemodels
• Create detailed drawings and blueprints using AutoCAD or similar software
• Oversee the construction process to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
• Work closely with contractors and other professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
• Conduct site visits and perform feasibility studies to assess potential projects
• Research and keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices
