About the role

We’re on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Service Coordinator or Service Planning Team Leader to join our dynamic team in Blacktown. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with our Operations Manager and lead our national service planning department, driving efficiency, innovation, and team development.

To succeed, you will need

  • Service Coordination Expertise : A solid grasp of planning and customer service operations.
  • Leadership Skills : Experience managing planning or scheduling teams is highly valued.
  • Clear Communication : Strong organisational, verbal, and written communication abilities.
  • Tech‑Savviness : Comfortable learning new systems and processes; SAP experience is a plus.
  • Software Proficiency : Confident using Word, Excel, and other planning tools.
