About the role

We are currently seeking motivated Personal Care Workers to join our team in Bayswater, Doncaster, Balwyn, Hawthorn, Boronia, Lilydale, and Ringwood on a Casual / Permanent Part-Time basis. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering high-quality care to our aged care clients within an in-home care setting. We are looking for dependable candidates who can work flexible hours, preferably on Monday - Friday, 7am - 5pm .

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist clients at home with personal care tasks like showering, grooming, toileting, meal preparation, and household chores.
• Support clients to stay independent by helping them go out for shopping, appointments, and community activities.
• Communicate any client concerns or feedback to the care team to ensure quality service.
• Maintain client privacy and dignity, and encourage the same among team members and contractors.
• Report consumer risks to management, including inappropriate behaviours or actions not aligned to our values.
• Attend regular scheduled training to maintain your level of skill.
