Job descriptionFull-time fixed-term position for up to 12 months Base salary will be in the range $102,565.37 - $111,686.39 + 17% Superannuation (HEW Level 7) Based at our Princess Alexandra Hospital, adjacent to our Dutton Park Campus# About This Opportunity Become a valued member of the Australasian Kidney Trials Network (AKTN) as a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) and make a meaningful impact on kidney disease research. In this role, you will coordinate multi-centre, international clinical trials, contribute to grant applications, and support trial design and protocol development. You will be the key contact for sites, project leaders, and trial committees, driving trial progress through documentation, data review, and on-site visits, all while ensuring compliance with Good Clinical Practice.This is an opportunity to grow your expertise, collaborate with a dedicated research team, and contribute to high-quality, transformative research across Australia and New Zealand.Key responsibilities will include : Contribute to the development of investigator-initiated clinical research projects and study protocols. Identify and engage trial sites across Australia, New Zealand, and internationally, implementing strategies to enhance recruitment and maintain site staff involvement. Serve as the key contact for site investigators and trial committees, convening meetings, distributing materials, and driving follow-up actions. Monitor sites for Good Clinical Practice compliance, conduct on-site visits, review data, and implement quality control processes. Proficiency with the use of the Microsoft Office suite of products, particularly MS Excel, Word and PowerPointThe successful candidate may be required to complete a number of pre-employment checks, including : right to work in Australia, criminal check and mandatory immunisations.You must maintain unrestricted work rights in Australia for the duration of this appointment to apply.
