About the Role
Our Contract Administrator is responsible for the end‑to‑end contractual administration of subcontractors and major suppliers, ensuring strict adherence to client contract requirements, company policies, and procedures.
This role provides critical support to the CDC Development and Operations Teams across all project phases, from initial development to full operational implementation. Close collaboration with multiple stakeholders will be essential to aligning contract administration with project objectives, mitigating risks, and driving efficiency across procurement and supplier management.

About you
We’re looking for an experienced Contracts Administrator or Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in large, multi‑disciplined construction projects. Your expertise in commercial and financial management within the commercial property or industrial sector will be key to your success.
You’ll need to be confident communicating with a range of stakeholders and comfortable navigating complex contracts. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage challenges while maintaining positive relationships will be key.
