About the role

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to join the team at our Bonds Broadmeadows Store . This is a part‑time position at 19.5 hours per week.

You will lead by example, create memorable and empowering customer connections, and support the Store Manager in all operational tasks. You will assist in training and developing the team, manage high stock volumes, and help deliver on store budgets and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead by example by creating memorable, honest and empowering customer connections.
• Assist in the training & development of your team to help deliver on store budgets and KPIs.
• Apply previous experience with the execution of Visual Merchandising in-store.
• Manage high stock volumes; be prepared to process deliveries and keep stock accurate.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager on operational and ad‑hoc tasks as required.
