About the Role

Are you ready to take ownership of how technology assets are managed, optimised, and delivered across a major organisation? We’re looking for a proactive IT Asset Analyst to join our Sydney-based Technology Assets and Service Management team. You’ll work with stakeholders across the business to ensure assets are well-managed, cost-efficient, and driving value. You will be the customer champion, solving problems, improving processes, and making technology work better for people. You will play a critical role in software and hardware lifecycle management, identifying opportunities for savings, optimisation, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manage the lifecycle of hardware and software assets – from procurement through to retirement.
• Analyse asset and usage data to uncover cost-saving opportunities, identify patterns, and reduce risk.
• Maintain accurate and compliant records of licensing and contracts, ensuring regulatory requirements are met.
• Troubleshoot and resolve asset management issues, providing clear insights and reporting to leadership.
• Collaborate across IT, security, procurement, finance, and commercial teams to deliver value-driven solutions.
• Configure ServiceNow (or other service management platforms) and ensure accurate CMDB, hardware and software asset records.
• Support global service partners, including teams based in India, to deliver high-quality outcomes.
