Customer Care Representative / Order Management (Pymble moving to Mascot)
We are looking for a new Team Member who may come from a broad backgrounds and have duties in their role including :
This role commences in offices at Pymble and then in mid 2026 moves to Mascot offices
Ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders via phone or email.

A day in the life of Customer Care / Order Mgt Specialist
Your main responsibility will be accurately & efficiently entering customer orders and stock requests into the system (SAP)
You are responsible for dealing promptly with internal and external customers’ queries, both over the phone and via email.
Extracting information from SAP or other applications for internal & external customers as required.
Assisting the Warehouse with ad-hoc warehouse duties.
Working closely with the Inventory team to solve problems & ensure optimal customer service is provided.
