Data Analyst

About The Role

As our Data Analyst, you will support the delivery of data-driven solutions by analysing business data, performing data mapping, and translating business requirements into technical specifications. You will work closely with stakeholders to deliver valuable, dynamic insights and data applications. This role plays a key part in supporting data architecture, reporting, and migration activities, while ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.

This is a 2year fixed term position.

Responsibilities

As our Data Analyst, you will :

Analyse, cleanse, and prepare business data to support reporting and insightsTranslate business requirements into technical specifications and data mappingsIdentify patterns and trends using statistical tools for diagnosis and forecastingContribute to the development of data architecture strategies, documentation, and migration from legacy systemsCollaborate with business and technical teams to ensure correct datasets are used and stakeholder expectations are managedSupport all phases of the SDLC, including testing, deployment, and operational input

About You

To succeed at Elders, you have :

Proven experience with Power BI, Microsoft Azure, Excel, and Azure DevOps CI / CDStrong skills in data analysis, data mapping, and error correctionKnowledge of data architecture platforms such as Snowflake and SQL Data WarehouseComfortable working in agile delivery environments with cross-functional teamsStrong communication skills and ability to liaise between technical teams and stakeholdersDemonstrates alignment with the One Elders values and commitment to safety and collaboration
