About the Role :
As Assistant Store Manager , you’ll support the Store Manager in leading the team and creating an elevated experience that inspires our customers and reflects the Stylerunner brand. You'll play a key role in day-to-day operations, team development, and driving sales while building your confidence as a future store leader.
You’ll work closely with your Store and Area Manager to identify opportunities for performance and progression — for both you and your team.
What You’ll Need :
Previous leadership experience (Supervisor, 2IC or similar)
A love for fashion, wellness, and premium product
Confident communication and people leadership skills
A proven track record of driving KPIs and store performance
Strong organisation, time management & operational know-how
A calm, can-do attitude in a high-paced environment
Ready to work a Sunday–Thursday roster

Support the Store Manager to lead and motivate a high-performing team
Deliver standout customer experiences and strong KPI results
Manage floor operations, stock, visuals & daily processes
Help drive a strong, confident store culture
Coach casual team members and support training & development
Step up to run the store when needed
Uphold safety, compliance, and visual excellence
