About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Full Stack Engineer to take ownership of end-to-end product feature development, leveraging strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails and React. This role is crucial for designing, shipping, and optimizing high-quality features while working closely with product and design teams. The ideal candidate has a strong product sense, is adept at using AI development tools to accelerate delivery, and is driven by solving customer problems to achieve key business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and ship high-quality product features across both frontend and backend using Rails + React.

Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to shape user experiences, define scope, and make informed tradeoffs.

Instrument and monitor user behavior, leveraging analytics and customer feedback to iterate quickly.

Partner with growth and business teams to optimize activation, retention, and conversion.

Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code while contributing to technical architecture and decision-making.

Use AI-powered development tools (e.g., ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate prototyping, experimentation, and delivery.

Work cross-functionally in a collaborative, high-trust environment to align engineering execution with product priorities.

Continuously improve development processes, testing practices, and system reliability in partnership with QA support.

Requirements

5 plus years of experience as a Full-Stack Engineer, with strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails and React.

Track record of collaborating effectively with product, design, and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful features.

Strong product sense motivated by solving customer problems and driving business outcomes.

Experience instrumenting, analyzing, and iterating on user behavior data.

Familiarity with using AI tools for software development to increase speed and efficiency.

Excellent problem-solving skills with a balance of technical rigor and pragmatic execution.
