About the Opportunity

As a Service Integration Lead, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering high‑quality, person‑centred services in your local community through the Carer Gateway program. You’ll lead multidisciplinary teams, build strong community partnerships, and embed community development strategies that reflect the unique needs of your region.

• Work closely with Counsellors, Coaches, Peer Support Facilitators and Carer Hub Navigators to ensure services are inclusive, trauma‑informed and culturally safe.
• Lead and embed community development strategies that strengthen local capacity, build collaborative partnerships, and ensure Wellways services are responsive, inclusive and connected to the community’s unique needs.
• Hybrid arrangement of 1 day working from home and 4 days in office.
