What the job is about

As a Functional Tester you will ensure the quality and functionality of our software by testing new features, configurations, and releases. You will play a crucial role in identifying and addressing bugs and ensuring seamless software performance for customers.

Your responsibilities will include :

Designing, developing, and executing test scenarios and test cases for coded solutions.
Analyzing business and functional requirements to create effective test plans.
Running tests for core functionalities, client implementations, API integrations, and interface solutions.
Reporting test results, identifying root causes of defects, and proposing improvements to prevent recurring issues.
Supporting the delivery flow and enabling effective testing processes by advising on requirements, specifications, and acceptance criteria.

You will contribute to quality assurance by :

Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Applying and enhancing QA standards and procedures.

Utilizing your FUNCTIONAL testing experience .

What else is expected :

1-2 years experience of testing complex platforms, ideally in ERP software or similar systems.

Strong focus on functional testing with a willingness to expand to integration, interface, and automation testing.

Analytical skills to identify the root causes of defects and suggest actionable solutions.

Excellent collaboration skills to work closely with business consultants and developers.

Familiarity with load and performance testing is a plus.

Candidates must possess AU Citizenship, AU PR or have OWN pathway to PR - sponsorship or visa nomination is not available.
