About the Opportunity

Our client is a trailblazer in satellite-enabled IoT connectivity, delivering secure, cost-effective, and low-maintenance solutions built for the unique challenges of the Internet of Things. With a proprietary direct-to-satellite approach, they’re transforming how devices connect in remote and hard-to-reach areas. As part of their ongoing growth, they are now looking for a Director, Network Operations to join their leadership team.

About the Role

As Director, Network Operations , you’ll be responsible for overseeing both internal and external network operations, ensuring the reliable and efficient performance of their IoT network services. Partnering closely with senior leadership, you will play a key role in driving operational strategy, scaling infrastructure, and maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities : -

• Lead and support teams to consistently meet and exceed service expectations.
• Coordinate the integration of new features and system updates with minimal disruption.
• Streamline operations across various network technologies and standards.
• Contribute to and manage third-party roaming partnerships.
• Oversee network quality, cybersecurity protocols, and ICT practices.
• Monitor and manage operational budgets, system uptime, capacity planning, and billing.
• Attract, lead, and retain top talent, fostering a high-performing and collaborative environment.
