Part Time ABA Tutor – one-to-one support for a child with an EHCP. Fixed Term contract. Salary £26,403 - £28,142 pro rata.

Hours : 8 : 30 am to 3 : 30 pm, Monday to Friday (38 weeks per year).

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver the ABA programme with consistency, accuracy, and professionalism.
• Apply advanced teaching and behaviour management strategies in line with ABA principles.
• Collect, analyse and report data to inform programme adjustments.
• Provide feedback to the supervising Behaviour Analyst and contribute to programme refinement.
• Maintain session quality, ensuring best practice and adherence to the UK‑SBA code of ethics.
• Demonstrate initiative in problem‑solving and adapting teaching methods to the learner’s needs.
