The purpose of this role is to ensure the delivery of high-quality investment governance, regulatory compliance and other strategic advice.

The purpose of this newly created role is to work with clients on a broad range of investment governance-related issues. These clients include Superannuation funds, Insurers, Charitable Foundations, and other institutional investors.

Core Duties

• Actively participate in thought leadership and the research process, including the preparation of due diligence documents, report writing and marketing materials relating to Investment Governance.
• Lead matters relating to Investment Governance with client teams at both large complex superannuation clients and boutique clients such as Family Offices, Charities and Foundations.
• Provide high quality and timely consulting advice to clients for Investment Governance related matters including regulatory and market-related updates.
• Review (or establish) valuation governance frameworks and provide recommendations, value-adding feedback and assessment relative to regulatory expectations.
