Job Title : Centre Director – Early Childhood Education

Our client is a well-established and reputable early childhood education provider. Dedicated to providing exceptional care for children aged 6 weeks to 4 years, the centre offers a warm, inclusive and stimulating environment. With a strong focus on developmental learning and meaningful relationships, the service is guided by the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and operates in alignment with the National Quality Framework (NQF). This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced leader in the early childhood sector, who is passionate about high-quality education and shaping a positive workplace culture.

The Opportunity :

This full-time Centre Director / Nominated Supervisor role is ideal for a driven early childhood professional who thrives in a leadership position. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the centre, leading a team of educators, and ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and quality standards.

Key responsibilities include :

• Leading staff management, professional development, and mentoring
• Overseeing compliance with NQF, EYLF, WHS and Child Protection standards
• Managing enrolments, staffing rosters and occupancy goals
• Supporting the development and implementation of the Quality Improvement Plan (QIP)
• Building strong relationships with families, children and community stakeholders
• Creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for children
