Responsibilities

• Central contact between the clinical, admissions and scheduling team for operational updates.
• Assists with any non-clinical phone calls.
• Provide administrative support to the clinical team.
• Data entry, filing documentation and maintaining client records.
• Completing change of service notes and cancellations.
• Assist the Quality and Compliance team with version control of policies and procedures.
• Complete stock and supply orders as required.
• Perform job quoting on behalf of the CNP team.
• Assist the clinical team with data entry and reporting for incidents.
