Role ResponsibiltiesBe the first point of contact, providing support and assistance to all personnel for employee related issues.Coordinate the delivery of training to staff according to programs developed for that purpose.Develop and coordinate systems of incentives and appraisals.Coordinate employee appraisals based on feedback received.Manage and control all employee related communication and information.Implement and manage the Company's workplace relations, including employee disputes and legal action.Manage employee relations, the Union, and all other matters related to the welfare of employees.Excellent managerial skills and experience.Staff management skills.Knowledge of all Management Systems.Monday - Friday
